Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development

  • Drive Capital Sales growth of heat transfer and related thermal equipment across the region.
  • Execute divisional sales strategies and achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets.
  • Follow established sales processes to promote and sell products and services effectively.
  • Identify, develop, and convert leads into sustainable business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.


  • Market & Customer Management

  • Analyse market insights and customer buying behaviour to develop strategic sales plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry leaders.
  • Develop structured account strategies in collaboration with Business Unit and Division Managers.
  • Conduct regular customer visits (physical and virtual) to understand needs and communicate value-based solutions.
