Drive Capital Sales growth of heat transfer and related thermal equipment across the region.Execute divisional sales strategies and achieve agreed revenue and profitability targets.Follow established sales processes to promote and sell products and services effectively.Identify, develop, and convert leads into sustainable business opportunities to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Market & Customer Management
Analyse market insights and customer buying behaviour to develop strategic sales plans.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and industry leaders.Develop structured account strategies in collaboration with Business Unit and Division Managers.Conduct regular customer visits (physical and virtual) to understand needs and communicate value-based solutions.
