Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and live demos to show how a product solves a customer's specific problem.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their system requirements and design a customized setup or spec that meets their needs.
• Communicate and coordinate with head office for purchases, technical and administration support required facilitating the customers' requirements.
• Communicate and updating to department head to ensure that sales and customer objective are met.
• Handle the technical details of Requests for Proposals and provide accurate data for official quotations.
• To develop the sales and market/product presence for the Malaysia market to maximize sales revenues and meeting corporate objectives.
• Provide feedback from the field to the R&D or Product team to help improve future versions of the product.
