Job Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for project-based sales in Metro Manila, combining technical knowledge and basic estimation skills to generate, manage, and close construction-related accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Handle project-based sales within Metro Manila
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, and developers
Conduct site visits, product presentations, and technical discussions
Prepare basic cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and quotations
Assist in proposal preparation and bid submissions
Follow up leads, negotiate terms, and close sales
Coordinate with internal technical, estimating, and operations teams
Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications
Graduate of Civil Engineering (licensed or non-licensed)
