Sales Engineer

Role Overview

At Webfleet, we are seeking a technically skilled and customer‑focused Sales Engineer to join our team in South Africa. The Sales Engineer will be the primary technical contact in the region, working closely with the global headquarters’ Operations team to manage technical issues, train regional partners, and support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical support for customers and internal teams in South Africa and surrounding regions, troubleshooting issues and escalating to HQ when necessary.
• Facilitate customer cases that are escalated to different divisions and maintain clear documentation.
• Serve as the regional training lead, ensuring partners and customers are well‑informed on technical products and solutions.
• Coordinate global best‑practice sharing with other Sales Engineers.
