Sales Engineer [external]

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation or related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 2 years of proven track record in industrial instrumentations or process equipment sales
• Strong product knowledge in valves, gauges, pumps, pressure/temperature/flow instruments or related mechanical components
• Experience in serving industries such as manufacturing, oil & gas, palm oil mills, utilities or process plants is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently
• Technically competent in reading P & ID drawing and interpreting engineering specifications
• Strong negotiation, closing and objection-handling skills
• Self-driven, resilient and comfortable working in a high-performance, target-oriented environment
