Qualifications

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar business or B2B setting.
• College degree, preferably in an industry‑related or business‑related course.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Good command of the English language for effective client interaction and meticulous contract review and revision.
• Effective handling of complaints and customer issues.
• Sales skills, including market analysis and identifying potential clients.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms).
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non‑technical audiences.
