Job Description

[Job summary]
1. Customer Management:
- Manage key accounts, including factories and their production, maintenance, and purchasing departments.
- Conduct routine sales activities such as identifying needs, presenting products and services, preparing quotes, and handling orders.
- Develop new customer accounts by initiating contact, sharing information, identifying needs, and proposing solutions.
- Provide initial support for issues and manage order deliveries on behalf of suppliers.
- Report weekly and monthly on sales activities, customer accounts, and market conditions.
