- Accurately encode and process sales orders and delivery receipts into the system
- Coordinate with the sales and operations to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of items
- Monitor and update delivery schedules and customer order statuses
- Maintain and organize delivery order records for easy retrieval
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates, order confirmations, and discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data accuracy standards
- Provide administrative support to the sales department as needed
