About the Role & Team

As our Sales Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for building and supporting the growth of our Sales Enablement function. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing and RevOps to ensure our commercial teams are equipped to ramp fast and perform at a high level.

This role is placed in our Revenue Operations team and you will report directly to our Head of Revenue Operations.

What you will do

  • Design and deliver onboarding programs for SDRs, AEs, CSMs and Team Leads that accelerate time to productivity

  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, talk tracks, battle cards, and objection handling guides

  • Own our sales enablement platform (Trumpet) to ensure materials are organized, up to date, and accessible

  • Full ownership of future innovations to the Sales Enablement tech stack and use of AI
