  • As the Sales Enablement Lead you will be responsible for designing, governing, and continuously evolving the Sales Enablement operating model across the RAF 
  • You will ensure that the sales team is equipped with the right capabilities, frameworks, content standards, and enablement infrastructure required to execute commercial strategy effectively and consistently
  • You will own Sales Enablement strategy, prioritisation, and governance, translating commercial and sales leadership objectives into structured enablement roadmaps, capability frameworks, and scalable programs
  • A core accountability of the role is establishing clear governance standards across sales capability development, training approaches, sales methodologies, content lifecycle management, and sales tool adoptions
