Sales Efficiency Manager

About the position

We are looking for a highly analytical and proactive Sales Efficiency Expert to drive data-backed commercial strategies and optimize our sales operations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and strategic execution, identifying growth opportunities, eliminating process bottlenecks, and leveraging AI tools to scale our commercial productivity

• Strategic Analysis: Develop and maintain core analyses to support commercial strategy, sales planning, and data-driven go-to-market (GTM) decisions
• Market & Portfolio Intelligence: Conduct competitive analyses to map market trends, gaps, and strategic moves. Build portfolio segmentation and merchant-pool models to optimize resource allocation
