Job Description

What you will be doing:Manage, lead, and motivate the Enterprise Sales team (currently comprising 7 team members)Guide the team on day to day account strategy, while coaching towards monthly/quarterly revenue targetsManage against activity and performance KPIsElevate client conversations and engage Executives/decision makers by serving as a resource to the team as neededCollaborate with Sales Operations to optimize sales processes and toolsPartner with the VP, Global Sales to develop and implement long term growth strategy
Experience you will need:5 - 7 years of direct sales experience within the Production/Agency/Brand industries - you know how to speak their language and you know about tech, media, and digital trends1 - 2 years of “people management experience” - as a Manager or Player/CoachKnowledge of the stock content industry, including licensing terms, is a plus but not requiredTrack record of exceeding revenue targetsA high level of energy and enthusiasmAbility to multi task...
