Responsibilities

  • Report to the Chief Executive Officer and be responsible for the company's sales and revenue forecasting.
  • Design and manage the SaaS business development strategy.
  • Manage the Sales Team (Key Account Managers and Sales Development Representatives), developing, motivating and retaining them.
  • Implement a business development plan collaborating with other company departments.
  • Generate leads directly and through partners.
  • Close deals with potential customers.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain a channel of partners.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
