The Sales Director will be responsible for overseeing and optimising sales operations across all showroom locations ensuring strong commercial performance and an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Recruit train and manage showroom sales teams.
• Ensure brand standards and elevate the customer experience.
• Monitor market trends analyse competitor activity and refine pricing and sales strategies.
• Manage overall showroom performance including staffing merchandising and inventory coordination.
