Job Description

Provision is seeking a Sales Director to build pipeline and grow signed MRR for our B2B food safety SaaS platform. This role sits on the revenue team and reports directly to the CRO. You’ll work closely with sales and marketing colleagues to prospect, qualify, and convert opportunities across an assigned territory.

To thrive in this role, you must be entrepreneurial, consultative, and driven to exceed quota. You’ll balance hunting for new opportunities with managing the full sales cycle — from first touch through signed agreement. Above all, you’ll be accountable for turning prospects into long-term clients, fuelling Provision’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Own your defined territory, uncovering new sales opportunities from outbound initiatives, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Lead Engagement: Run discovery calls, sales presentations, and product demos that translate software features into clear solutions
