Job Description

  • Follow-up on all marketing lead-generating programs, including mailings, email campaigns, webinars, website inquiries, and other initiatives

  • Nurture, qualify, engage, and report on leads through telephone and email communications

  • Identify qualified leads/opportunities and provide a list to the Sales team

  • Source or create targeted lists that fit our customer profile and contact them through various channels, such as social media and creative data analysis.

  • Work on customer initiatives to generate interest in new products.

  • Analyse existing product usage reports and initiate calling campaigns to increase customer awareness.

  • Log communications, phone calls, and conversations into our CRM system.
