About the role:



We are seeking a high-energy, dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our multifamily sales team. This role is the engine of our sales pipeline, executing outbound prospecting, maintaining our CRM system, and setting high-quality meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with our marketing and sales team on messaging and the area of focus.



Key Qualifications:



Experience: Demonstrated success in outbound sales, or a related field.



Tech Savvy: Proficient with our sales stack, MixMax, Google Apps Suite and other enablement tools.



Communication: Exceptional phone presence and written communication skills; you must be comfortable cold-calling property owners, developers, and integrators.
