As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will have the opportunity and means to take control of your own career through your own efforts, hard work and grit. You will collaborate with various colleagues across the commercial sales organization to create a targeted, value-add ‘pitch’ for each potential partner. In addition to booking qualified leads to Sales, you will be responsible for maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects and developing qualified sales opportunities to help grow the market share of our organization and build revenue.

**A Successful Sales Development Representative will:**

+ Reach out to, develop and convert prospects into qualified selling opportunities, and then transition them effectively to the appropriate Business Development Manager.
