Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Work on assigned leads, accounts, and prospect lists from internal databases, marketing-generated sources, event/conference leads, lapsed accounts, and outbound campaigns
  • Execute outbound outreach through email, calls, and other approved channels
  • Qualify leads based on ICP fit, engagement behavior, interest signals, and defined SQL criteria
  • Book qualified meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Update lead status, activity notes, and follow-up actions accurately in CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Follow structured outreach cadences and handoff workflows
  • Ensure suppression rules, opt-outs, competitor exclusions, and customer exclusions are followed
  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve outreach quality and conversion
