Sales Development Representatives demonstrate their sales skills to clients, promoting the best of what the company can offer to their business, and set appointments for Business Development Managers to close.Responsibilities:
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, and persuading potential customers to purchase a product or service or make a donation.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
  • Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services or request donations for charitable causes.
