Job Description
We're looking for an experienced SDR to own inbound lead conversion and high-volume
outbound prospecting, driving predictable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing and product channels
- Execute outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Run discovery calls and book high-quality demos
- Collaborate with Marketing and AEs
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
- Minimum 100 outbound calls per day
- Target of 50 connects per day
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
- Proven inbound + outbound success
- Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working from Hyderabad office
