Job Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support capital attraction and revenue growth for Kernel and its portfolio products by sourcing, qualifying, and nurturing institutional leads across TradFi and DeFi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem through outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-ups, and strategic account mapping.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by scheduling discovery calls, product demos, and introductory meetings for the Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Market Outreach & First Touch: Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and partners, delivering concise value propositions and educating prospects on the company's solutions.
