Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our client base. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, confident in communication, and eager to build a career in sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads
  • Qualify prospects and understand their business needs

Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team

  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies
