Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities for our commercial and residential cleaning services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting, outreach, lead nurturing, proposal creation, CRM management, and closing new client contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential clients, including offices, medical facilities, retail stores, schools, warehouses, and commercial properties. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects. Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, outreach, and other prospecting methods.
Sales Outreach Conduct daily cold calls and follow-up calls to potential clients. Send personalized cold email campaigns and follow-up sequences. Schedule meetings, site visits, and discovery calls with prospects.
