We're looking for motivated Cold Callers to support our campaigns. If you're confident on the phone, eager to learn, and ready to build a career in recruitment this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
Make outbound calls to truck drivers (US market)
Follow a proven script and booking process
Qualify drivers and schedule screening calls
Update call outcomes and basic records
Who Can Apply:
Freshers are welcome (full training provided)
Clear spoken English (accent is okay)
Comfortable with cold calling and high call volume
Willing to work in US time zones
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
