Job Summary

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new sales opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting activities. The role focuses on pipeline development by engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, and scheduling qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and assess sales readiness
