Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Salesforce Field Service

HGI is looking for a Sales Development Representative with experience in selling Salesforce CRM to join our team.

In this role, you will work with a leading B2B SaaS company specializing in field operations automation solutions. As an SDR, your focus will be on top-of-funnel pipeline creation for Salesforce Field Service projects, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects that match our client's ideal Field Services Management (FSM) customer profile. You will be responsible for booking qualified meetings and supporting the client's revenue growth through strategic prospecting and professional engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and build target account lists in key FSM verticals (e.g., utilities, HVAC, IT, telecom, facilities, manufacturing, HR) using tools like LinkedIn, partner directories, etc.
