Role Description

We are seeking a
disciplined, outbound-focused B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to support our wholesale and B2B growth efforts. This role is responsible for phone and email outreach
reactivating dormant accounts, prospecting new wholesale customers, executing outbound outreach, and booking qualified meetings
.

This is a
high-execution role
. Success depends on consistent daily activity, strict adherence to SOPs and outreach cadences, accurate CRM usage, and high-quality conversations with decision-makers. You will work closely with the SDR Team Lead and sales leadership to ensure predictable outbound performance.
