Sales Development Representative

4Square Recruitment are a UK based IT Recruitment, due to expansion we're seeking to hire a Fully Remote SDR (Sales Development Representative) to be based from the Phillipines.

As an SDR, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the company.

You will be responsible for:

• Making outbound B2B cold calls to potential new clients
• Sending outbound B2B emails to prospective clients
• Researching companies and identifying decision-makers
• Building targeted prospect lists
• Adding and maintaining accurate records in the company CRM
• Booking qualified meetings for the senior team

This role requires confidence on the phone, resilience, and strong research skills.
