Elite IT Team is hiring a driven
Sales Development Representative (SDR)
who knows how to create opportunities, not just respond to them. This is a hands-on role for someone who has
actually done prospecting and lead generation themselves
and wants to sharpen those skills inside a fast-moving, international tech business.You'll sit at the front of our revenue engine: researching accounts, sourcing leads, running outreach, bidding on projects, and turning early conversations into real sales opportunities. This is not a call-centre role and not a passive support position. You'll be expected to think, experiment, and improve how we win work.
