Role Overview We're looking for an energetic outbound SDR to generate qualified meetings for our sales team. You'll engage customer support leaders through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, qualify prospects, and schedule product demos for our AI-powered multilingual customer support platform. Key Responsibilities Make 60-100 outbound calls daily. Follow up with prospects via email and LinkedIn. Qualify leads using predefined ICP criteria. Book product demonstrations for the Account Executive. Maintain accurate CRM records. Follow up with warm leads from marketing campaigns. Handle objections and identify customer pain points. Achieve monthly meeting booking targets. Work closely with marketing to improve outreach campaigns.
