Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced SDR to own inbound lead conversion and high-volume
outbound prospecting, driving predictable pipeline growth.

Responsibilities
Qualify inbound leads from marketing and product channels
Execute outbound prospecting across calls, email, and LinkedIn
Run discovery calls and book high-quality demos
Collaborate with Marketing and AEs
Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
Minimum 100 outbound calls per day
Target of ~50 connects per day

Qualifications

3–5 years of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS
Proven inbound + outbound success
Strong discovery and objection-handling skills
Comfortable working from Hyderabad office
