As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first spark of connection between independent gyms, boutique studios, and our platform. This role is purpose-built for a bold prospector who thrives in high-volume outbound—owning the Instagram DM and email channels to book qualified demos with gym and studio owners ready to grow their communities.

You're not waiting for leads to come to you—you're out there finding them. From scrolling Instagram to spot the next breakout spin studio, to crafting email sequences that cut through cluttered inboxes, you'll prove that the right message at the right time can turn a cold lead into an excited discovery call. Working closely with Partnership Managers and the growth team, you'll fill the top of the funnel with qualified opportunities and set the stage for partnerships that transform how fitness businesses operate.
