Job Description
We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in the health and wellness industry. This fully remote role is essential to fueling our growth by driving top-of-funnel activities, engaging with potential clients, and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
This position operates during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Make 20+ live cold calls daily
- Conduct outbound prospecting via call
- Follow up promptly with inbound leads
- Research accounts and build targeted prospect lists
- Support the team in achieving 2 closed sales per week
- Complete 50–100 outbound dials based on provided leads
- Conduct 100–250 follow-up calls from customer events
- Process customer payments as part of the sales cycle
- Update and maintain CRM records regularly
