Client Industry: Education / Student Loan Services Client Location: California, USA Assistant Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Role Summary The client is an educational institution seeking to expand its current Virtual Assistant team by hiring additional support staff for student loan default management. The role focuses on outbound communication and account coordination to assist graduates who are in loan default and guide them back into active repayment or appropriate default resolution processes.
Goal Support revenue generation through effective student loan default management and payment recovery , while maintaining consistent communication with graduates and internal processing teams.
