Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers and target accounts
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social media, and other channels
- Respond to inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria
- Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system
- Understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
- Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage
