Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers and target accounts
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, social media, and other channels
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify them based on defined criteria
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in the CRM system
  • Understand customer needs and position appropriate solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve lead quality
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation is an advantage
