As a Sales Development Representative, you will engage and qualify prospects through calls, emails, and social channels, uncover business needs, recommend suitable solutions, and pass high-quality leads to the sales team. You'll be a key driver of pipeline growth, delivering meaningful insights and memorable customer experiences.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven work experience
- Minimum 6 months of Software industry experience
- Minimum 6 months of SDR or customer support experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound knowledge of CRM solutions, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Keen interest in technology and its role in the business world
