We are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Lahore. This is a hybrid role covering both B2C and B2B sales, ideal for someone who thrives in high performance environments and understands modern sales psychology.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in B2C or B2B calling, inbound and outbound, warm and cold
• Strong grasp of tonality, motivational interviewing, consultative selling, and objection handling
• Excellent communication skills, fluent spoken and written English
• Based in Lahore and available to work onsite
• Able to perform under pressure and hit targets consistently
• Coachable, adaptable, and hungry to grow
