Sales Development Representative (SDR) - US Market (ResolveCX)

Location: Pakistan (US business hours).

Role Summary

Generate qualified meetings and sales‑qualified opportunities for SMB and Enterprise AEs. This is a high‑output role requiring strong research, disciplined calling, and consistent follow‑up using HubSpot and OpenPhone/Quo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) against ICP target accounts using HubSpot sequences and tasks.
  • Qualify prospects for pain, fit, urgency, and seat sizing; create SQL deals with complete required fields.
  • Book qualified meetings for AEs and ensure high meeting held rates (confirmation + prep).
  • Maintain clean CRM data: notes, outcomes, dispositions, and next steps for every interaction.
  • Work with lead‑gen/data ops to improve list quality and messaging; share objection insights weekly.
