Job Description
Role Overview:
This role goes beyond lead generation. As an SDR at Hazentech, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying them using BANT, and closing recurring revenue deals. You must have experience carrying a sales quota and demonstrate the ability to manage a pipeline from prospecting to contract signature.
A strong candidate will be able to explain their past targets, outreach activity metrics, deal results, and how they manage their day-to-day performance. You'll be expected to sell complex services in a consultative manner to decision-makers in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn to U.S.-based prospects
Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
Qualify leads using the BANT framework and identify high-value opportunities.
Own and manage the full sales cycle — from discovery to closing.
