Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – 100,000 (Base Salary)
Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups
Contact prospective customers in the US market and introduce the clients products or services
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT or similar frameworks)
Identify and engage key decision-makers within target organizations
Schedule qualified meetings, demos, or discovery calls for Account Executives
Accurately log all call activities, notes, and lead statuses in the CRM system
Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (call volume, meetings booked, qualified leads)
