Job Description
Devsinc is hiring an SDR, preferably a female candidate with 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and lead generation to support growth across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. This role owns outbound outreach, lead qualification, lead nurturing, and pipeline creation, working closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver high-quality opportunities to Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Identify target companies and key contacts across Europe, Middle East, and Africa and initiate outreach via cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Execute email outreach campaigns for lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting booking (sales-focused, not newsletters)
- Research and engage Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) while mapping decision-makers including CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, CMOs, and Heads of Engineering.
