Job Title: SDR (Sales Development Representative) (Evening-Shift 5pm-2Am)
Job Type: Full time - onsite | Experience: 2-3 Years | Location: DHA Phase 8 Ex-Park View, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Pipeline Development:
Design and execute strategies to build a high-quality sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, lead follow-ups, and industry networking.
Identify and target potential clients across retail, fintech, healthcare, telecom, and other key sectors served by BYTEI360.
Lead Qualification:
Oversee the qualification process, converting Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and opportunities using defined criteria (e.g., BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timing).
Collaboration with Pre-Sales:
Partner with the pre-sales team to develop compelling proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts that showcase company's technical expertise and value proposition.
