- Handle tele-sales and inbound/outbound client communication

- Conduct product demonstrations of WebMantra CRM solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and client success
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction
