B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)
to generate qualified meetings through outbound outreach.

What you will do

• Prospect and research target companies (construction, contractors, field services, utilities, logistics, and similar)
• Run outbound outreach (cold email + LinkedIn + calls, depending on the campaign)
• Identify the right decision makers (Owners, Operations Managers, Safety Managers, Project Managers)
• Qualify leads using a clear framework (need, urgency, budget range, decision process)
• Book meetings for the founder/closer and ensure clean handoffs with notes
• Track activity and pipeline in CR...
