Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Layers B2B (Remote)
Layers is building the global supply chain for secondhand fashion. The SDR role is the front line. Your job is simple – book qualified calls with the right buyers every single day.
Core Responsibility
- Book 3 qualified calls per day with our target buyers and pass them directly to the closer.
Target Buyer (ICP)
Secondhand clothing businesses:
- Medium-sized online stores
- Brick-and-mortar retailers
- Wholesalers
Day-to-Day Work
- High-volume cold calling as the primary outreach channel.
- Supplement outreach via WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and email.
- Run fast follow-ups and chase until the lead is either booked or dead.
- Strictly handoff-only: no negotiation, no pricing, no closing.
- Maintain clean records of all outreach inside the CRM.
