Job Description

MMC is looking for a SDR to manage inbound and outbound calls. The candidate will qualify leads, handle inquiries, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and maintain records in CRM
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team
Follow up with warm leads to improve conversion
Achieve monthly targets for leads and meetings

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in SDR - B2B Sales
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Experience handling US clients preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Immediate joiners preferred

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi.
Shift: Night

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs65, Rs120,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
