Job Description
At LinkitSoft, the SDR is the frontline of our sales pipeline, responsible for qualifying outbound prospects into lead, ensuring prospects are genuinely interested and suitable for our services. The SDR does not close deals but lays the groundwork for the sales team by conducting discovery calls, nurturing initial interest, and booking meetings with decision-makers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
LEAD QUALIFICATION :
Screen inbound leads (website inquiries, referrals, digital campaigns).
Research and validate outbound leads provided by marketing or generated via prospecting.
Assess prospect needs against LinkitSoft's offerings (custom software development, ERP, mobile apps, AI solutions).
OUTREACH AND ENGAGEMENT :
Conduct personalised outreach (emails, LinkedIn, calls) to engage prospects.
Nurture early-stage leads with educational content about LinkitSoft's services.
Maintain a professional but approachable tone to represent LinkitSoft's brand.
