Job Description
We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to own the critical middle of a high-performing enrollment funnel for a business coaching company serving founders and operators. This role is not cold outbound from scratch. You will work warm, high-intent leads who have already engaged with ads and live events and guide them through the next steps with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
You will be responsible for following up after webinar registration, confirming attendance for in-person experiences, vetting fit, and booking qualified prospects onto sales calls with the founder. This role is ideal for someone who understands consultative selling, lead qualification, and relationship-based follow-up rather than aggressive closing.
