About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Islamabad office. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and qualify leads for our Team Augmentation services, conduct presales activities, and onboard high-potential clients into our sales pipeline.
The SDR will also promote and identify opportunities for our Odoo implementation services and other technology solutions, supporting overall business growth.
This role requires strong communication skills, research ability, and a consultative approach to qualifying prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Focus – Team Augmentation Services
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads for IT/technology team augmentation services
- Conduct outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and networking
